Block Party Trailer
What do I need to do to use the Evangelistic Block Party Trailer?
Follow these simple steps to reserve the NSBA BPT for your next outreach event. Also, Print the PDF Manual.
Step 1: RESERVE THE DATE
Check the calendar to check availability. Reserve the Trailer for a three-day period by filling out the online Block Party Trailer App. The Trailer reservation will be held for seven (7) days, or until Step 2 is complete.
Step 2: CONFIRM THE RESERVATION
Print & complete the Block Party Usage Agreement Form & send it in with two checks: (1) $150 deposit and (2) $150 usage fee. These must be received by the NSBA office within seven (7) business days to confirm the reservation. If the Usage Agreement, deposit, & Usage Fee are not received in the NSBA office within seven days, the trailer will be made available again on a first come, first served basis.
Mail the Usage Agreement Form & checks to: Northshore Baptist Association, 11411 McLaughlin Lane, Hammond, LA 70403
Step 3: PLAN YOUR BLOCK PARTY OR EVENT. See our Manual for a few tips on preparing for your event.
Step 4: PICK UP THE TRAILER
The Trailer is housed at Immanuel Baptist Church, 1503 Pecan Street, Hammond, LA.
What will I need to transport the trailer? Make sure the transport vehicle meets the following tow requirements:
Step 5: CONDUCT YOUR BLOCK PARTY
Step 6: RETURN THE TRAILER TO BEDICO BAPTIST
Step 7: RETURN THE BLOCK PARTY TRAILER HIGHLIGHTS FORM
Once all 7 steps are complete the NSBA Office will return your Deposit Check.
